About Your
Logo - Uploaded Logos may be no larger than one
(1) megabyte and in GIF, JPG, or PNG format. If
you do not have a logo you may leave this field blank. In
such a case our graphics artist will
create a "text" logo
to be used in its place.
If
you have a website with a logo on
it and would like us to get it from your
website, leave the field blank and
ask, in the comments section, for your
logo to be retrieved from the website
you list. If it is unclear which graphic
on your website is the Logo, our designer
will select one or decline all and
create a text logo. In any case you will
be given the opportunity to accept or
decline the voucher before it is published.
About
Listed Amenities - What
are the proud points of your business? You may
list up to 8 amenities @ 35 characters maximum on
each line including blank spaces. It is permissible for
an amenity to take up more than one line if more than
35 characters are required, however, each
new amenity must start on a new line.
Keep in mind that the more characters you use in a single
line, the smaller the font will have to be and your
amenities may not attract the desired attention so be
brief. Six lines @ 20 to 30 characters or less on each
is optimum.
NOTE:The
graphics designer reserves the right to
edit amenities for effectiveness.
Do You Have A Picture? -
Although not necessary (you can leave this field blank),
a picture is a great way to add a real professional flare
to the voucher and make it stand out not to mention giving
the potential customer a visual aid to help them find your
business or visualize the value of your offer.
If you feel so inclined to upload a picture choose one that
is clear, clean and is the most flattering to your product
or location. Professional photography is not necessary,
a picture taken from most any digital camera will do. If
you are using a picture of your establishment (the most common
photo), you do not have to show the entire structure. Limit
the size of the file to one (1) megabyte or smaller and preferably
in .JPG format (most all digital cameras use the jpg format).
Our graphics designers are very good at manipulating your
photos for best effect so don't be shy. Think seriously about
including a picture. In any case you will be given the opportunity
to accept or decline the voucher before it is used by Travel-Pal.

V-Card - The V-Card gives
the customer a convienient incentive to visit your establishment.
Most common values added are things like a special room rate
on lodging or a discount on a product or service. You might
offer a "Buy one" and
get another at some degree of savings or even free. You can
offer something free for doing some pre-established amount
of business such as get a free dessert with any meal entree.
If your venue is not involved in sales you
may list the availability of a free brochure or souvenir. There
are no limitations here; it is up to you to decide what to
offer the customer, However, you must
offer something to the customer. It certainly does not
have to be a lot (a token effort can go a long way) but it
must be something.

NOTE: You need not restrict your answer
to exactly what will appear on the coupon, your graphic artist
will, if necessary, edit and condense your answer for brevity
without changing the intended value.
The
Expiration Date - Coupons are generally
listed in one year increments or else they are listed with
"no expiration". In any case the coupon must be
good for at least 10 months from the time of submission.
